Key members of the team
John Bryce
Technical Boiler expert – John has farmed in Strathbraan since the age of 16. With the second generation now at the helm of the farm, John focuses his energy on applying his lifetime of experience in mechanical matters to biomass boilers. He has an Ökofen PES32 which heats his house and the office.
Helen Taylor
Out on site carrying out feasibility studies for clients, or explaining potential options on the phone, Helen has all the details at her fingertips, and ensures that Perthshire Biofuels designs the best system for each situation. With a background in law, teaching and environmental management, you can be sure of the sharpest of minds at work for you. Helen has a Palazzetti stove/boiler which works in tandem with her solar panels.
Louise Rattrie
Quite possibly Perthshire Biofuels’ greatest asset – Louise keeps the office running like a well-oiled machine. The volumes of paperwork required by the Microgeneration Certification Scheme are under her control, and ensuring that the rest of the team are co-ordinated is her speciality. Her knowledge of Italian is also very handy when dealing with our pellet stove supplier Palazzetti.
Darcey, Digger and Bob
Sometimes heard in the background on the phone – the office dogs – all friendly.
